Rinse chicken and lay in pan. Peel potatoes 1/4 or 1/8 and lay
around chicken. Lay garlic cloves around chicken. Mix lemon juice,
olive oil, and oregano together and pour over chicken. Add 2 cups
chicken broth. Bake at 400 for 1 hour.
