     Spanish Style chicken and

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 pound sweet Italian sausage, sliced
1 (8 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1 2/3 cups hot water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
 
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup frozen green peas
1 1/2 cups instant rice
2 medium tomatoes, diced

Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in sausage, and brown well, about 5 minutes. Remove, and drain fat. Stir chicken, onion, and green pepper into skillet, and cook 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir bouillon cubes into hot water to dissolve. Stir in salt, thyme, and garlic powder. Pour into skillet.
3.Stir peas into skillet, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to medium low, and simmer about 5 minutes. Stir in rice and tomatoes; cover, remove from heat, and let stand 5 minutes.
