Brown meat in skillet on med high heat. Drain any fat. Add veggies cook 5 min stirring occasionaly. Stir in water. Reduce heat to med low cover and simmer 10 min till veggies tender. Add beans and BBQ sauce. Cook 5 min. Sprinkle with cheese. Could jazz up with hot sauce or use corn and kidney beans.
