Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl mix remaining ingredients. combine dry and wet and stir till evenly mixed.
Makes 24 muffins. Bake at 350 for 25 min.
Each muffin 210 cal 29 carb 4.7 fibre.
Could sub splenda and would be 172 cal and 20 carb.
Could add cranberries or rasins or walnuts
