     Teriyaki Beef

Ingredients
1 1/4 c beef broth low salt
2 T cornstarch
1 lb bonless beef grilling steak strips
1 T oil
1 c red pepper strips
1 c green pepper strips
1 c sliced mushrooms
2 tsp grated ginger root
 
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 c teriyaki sauce

Instructions
Mix broth with cornstarch and set aside. Saute beef or chicken in hot oil in skillet until browned. Add veggies and stir fry till tender crisp. Add broth mixture and garlic and ginger root. cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil and thickens anbout 5 min.
