Whisk together chicken broth cornstarch salt sugar and pepper and set aside.
In a large skillet heat oil over med high heat stir fry garlic for 5 seconds and add bok choy. Stir fry until bright green about 2 min. cover and steam stirring occasionaly until tender crisp 4 to 8 min. Stir in cornstarch mixture. Reduce heat and simmer untill almost no liquid remains.
