     Braised Bok Choy

Ingredients
1/4 c low salt chicken broth
1 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
pinch pepper
pinch sugar
2 T veg oil
1 clove garlic thinly sliced
1 lb baby bok choy
1 tsp sesame seeds
 
1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
Whisk together chicken broth cornstarch salt sugar and pepper and set aside. In a large skillet heat oil over med high heat stir fry garlic for 5 seconds and add bok choy. Stir fry until bright green about 2 min. cover and steam stirring occasionaly until tender crisp 4 to 8 min. Stir in cornstarch mixture. Reduce heat and simmer untill almost no liquid remains. 60 cal 2 carb
