In a blender or food processor blend together sesame seeds flour salt cayenne and black pepper until fine but some whole sesame seeds remain. Transfer to a shallow dish.

Between plastic wrap pound chicken to 1/2 inch thickness. Press into sesame mixture turning and patting to coat.

|
In a large skillet heat butter and oil over med high heat. Cook chicken turning once until no longer pijnk inside about 12 to 14 min.
