Season shrimp with 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper. Heat 1 T oil in a frying pan over med heat. Add shrimp and cook tossing occasionaly till opague 2-4 min. Transfer to a plate. Add remaining oil carrots broccoli and onions and garlic. Tossing 3-5 min till softening. Return shrimp to the skillet and whisk in the soy sauce mixture.
