preheat oven to 350. coat a 9x11 in cake pan with
cooking spray. add breadcrumbs, tilting to coat
bottom and sides
whisk eggs, milk, hot sauce, salt and pepper in
large bowl. add bread and stir to coat. set aside in
refrigerator. steam broccoli until just tender, 3-4
mins. refresh under cold water and drain well. chop
coarsely.
heat oil in medium nonstick skillet over medium-
high heat. add bacon and onion; cook, stirring
often, until onions are softened and light golden,
3-5 mins. add onion mixture and broccoli to egg
mixture; stir in cheese. pour into prepared pan,
spreading evenly.
bake pie until light golden and set, 45-50 mins. let
cool slightly, cut into wedges, and serve.
