Blend cream cheese, mustard, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Rinse shrimp and drain thoroughly. Break shrimp into pieces and stir into cheese mixture. Chill thoroughly. Form into 1/2 inch balls and roll in chopped nuts just prior to serving.
