     Chocolate Crackles

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 cups finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup icing sugar
 

Instructions
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until well blended. Stir in chocolate, pecans, bread crumbs, flour and salt, mix well. Chill until firm enough to handle. Form into balls, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Roll in icing sugar. Place on greased baking sheets. Bake at 325F for 12 to 15 minutes. They will be soft and cracked on top. Cool. Store in tightly covered container.
