     Crock Pot-Pot Roast with Veggies

Ingredients
1 boneless rump (or chuck or other pot roast cut) abt 3 to 4 lbs, trimmed.
salt and pepper
garlic powder
4 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
4 carrots, cut in 1 in. chunks or 2 cups baby carrots
1 large onions
2 cans cream of mushroom
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
 

Instructions
Place roast in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and garlic powder. Add potatoes, carrots and onions. Pour both cans of soup over onion layer. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Combine sour cream and milk. Stir into juices and continue cooking for 20 min. until heated through. If juices need to be thickened, blend flour in water to make a smooth mixture. Do in pan and transfer.
