     Barb-B-Q Sauce

Ingredients
4 cups catsup (40 oz)
2 c vinegar
8 tbsp Worshest. Sauce
2 Tbsp Tabasco (or 1 tbsp)
6 tbsp mustard
Juice of 2 lemons
2 cups brown sugar
3 lbs shoulder roast
 

Instructions
Bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer for an hour. Cook roast overnight on high, then cool. Shred beef and remove all fat. Place beef and sauce in crockpot and simmer for one hour. If only one pound roast, cut recipe in half.
