whole fish, about 1/2 or whole per person so not huge fish. I like Bass or Sea Bream
Olive oil
lemon
herbs and spices
vegetables as to your preference like onions, carrots, fresh parsley and fresh cilantro
Instructions
Have fishmonger clean up your fish nicely, if heads gross you out, ask him to cut it off. At home rinse under tap water, dry on a paer towel. Place in an aluminum or pyrex dish,as many as you want or need-side by side. Drizzle olive oil on top and lemon juice. Turn over to other side and do the same. Sprinkle with ground garelic or garlic powder and stuff with whatever vegies you want.
Put in a hot oven-200-220 uncovered. After about 15 mins lower oven to 190-200 and leave for another 15 minutes. Half an hour is enough. If there are many fish you can add 10-15 mins-no more. Fish is done when you poke through the skin and the fish meat is flaky not mushy. Dont overcook-that is not good. Dry fish is blech!
Eat your healthy fish and see how yummy it is!. Low claories, good omegas, low cholesterol. Served with a baked potato and steamed broccoli sprinkled with slad dressing-oil and vinegar type is a perfect meal.
