     Sundried Tomato Basil Orzo

Ingredients
2 c orzo uncooked
1/2 c fresh basil leaves sliced thinly
1/3 c chopped oil packed sun dried tomatoes
2 T olive oil
3/4 c grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
 

Instructions
cook pasta 8 to 10 min in boiling water. Drain and set aside. Place basil and sundried tomatoes in a food processor and pulse a few times. Toss all together. Can be served warm or cold. Could be made with feta instead of parmesan. Could add black olives and fresh lemon and rind.
