Lay haddock on foil that has been sprayed. Spread mayo over fish. Sprinkle with bread crumb cheese and seasoning mixture. Bake in a 350 oven for 20 min or so depending on the thickness of fish. I have use other types of fish and you may have to turn on the broiler to crisp the crumbs
