     BBQ Chicken Legs

Ingredients
3 lb chicken legs or thighs (I like legs for this)
1 c BBQ sauce
I like to add Frank's red hot or a little bit of chipolte seasoning
 

Instructions
Heat BBQ to high heat. Place chicken in a zip bag with 3/4 cup of the BBQ sauce that you have spiced up to your taste. Reserve the rest for basting. Shake bag to coat the chicken. Remove from bag and discard the bag.
Place chicken on one side of the BBQ and grill for 2 min till you get nice markes on the skin on one side. Meanwhile use a fork to poke a few holes in a large sheet of foil that will cover 1/2 of the BBQ. Place foil on one side of the BBQ and place chicken turning over as you go on the foil. close the lid. Turn off the burner under the chicken.
Grill 35 min or until done. Do not lift the lid for the first 30 min. The last 5 baste with the reserved sauce.
Size and temp will play a part in how long these take to cook.
