Ingredients

	1/2 lb. butter
	10 tbsp icing sugar
	2 cups plus 1 tbsp flour


Instructions


Cream butter. Add sugar and flour, one tbsp at at time. Roll out to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into cookie shapes. Bake at 275F for 35 minutes.
