Toast the sunflower seeds in a skillet 5 min till golden and fragrant. Add to the bread maker when it beeps for additions. Cut dough in two. Roll each half into a 16 by 4 rectangle. Roll up tightly into a cylinder and pinch along edge. Place seam sid down on a greased baking pan. Cover and let rise till double in bulk about 30 min. Brush with beaten egg. sprinkle with a few sunflower seeds that have been reserved. Bake at 375 for 25 min. Remove from pans onto a rack to cool.
