     Deep Dish Focaccias

Ingredients
1/2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 c warm water
2 tsp active dry yeast
1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 c flour
1/4 c chopped oil packed sun dried tomatoes
2 T prepared pesto
 

Instructions
Only add 2 T of the oil to the bread maker reserve the rest for brushing. do not add the tomatoes or pesto to the bread maker. Start with 3 1/2 c flour in bread maker adding a little more if it seems too sticky.
Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Divide in half. Flatten each half into a 1/2 inch thickness. Sprinkle 1 half with tomatoes and the other half with pesto. Knead each half seperatly. Form into a 8 inch flattened circle and place in a round cake pan?? Brush with remaining oil and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise till double. Press fingers down all over the dough to create deep dimples. Bake at 400 for about 40 min
