Beat eggs on high for 5 min. Then gradually beat in sugar.. Stir in pumpkin and juice. Mix together dry ingred, in sep bowl, fold that into pumpkin mix. Spread onto lined with wax paper jelly roll pan, top with nuts. Bake 375 for 15 min turn out immediately onto linen towel sprinkle with powdered sugar. Roll cake and towel together. Cool in fridge. Mix filling and open and frost. Roll back up, chill, cut, serve.
