	1 1/4 cup milk
	1 beaten egg
	2 T butter soft
	1/4 cup sugar
	3/4 tsp salt
	3 3/4 cup bread flour (Hold out some to add while kneading)
	1 1/4 tsp yeast
	1 1/2 T Gluton


Instructions


Let raise til double, make buns and let raise again and bake
