Dissolve corn starch in a little of the cold milk. Mix altogether in a casserole dish and bake 15-20 mins. at 400 degrees.
Topping- Mix together in sauce pan over low heat- 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup butter, 1/2 cup coconut, 1/4 cup crushed pecans. Spread over above mixture, return to oven and bake another 15-20 mins.
