1/2 to 2 cups water - depending on size of cabbage
Instructions
For slaw, mix salt and shredded cabbage. Let stand for one hour. Add carrots, green pepper and onion while cabbage is standing. Squeeze out excess moisture.
For dressing, mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil one minute. cool until lukewarm. Pour lukewarm dressing over slaw.
Place in containers and freeze. Leftover slaw can be refrozen.
