Bake cake or brownie's as directed, let cool completely. Crumble cake or brownie into large mixing bowl. Add the whole tub of frosting directly to crumbles, mix until moist batter is created. Refrigerate mix, in bowl, for 15 minutes.
Line two flat pans with wax paper. Roll mix into golf ball sized balls, rolling mix between hands (wear gloves if you dont want messy hands). Place completed balls onto pan. Insert lollipop sticks. Place pan in refrigerator for 3 hrs.
Dip in melted candy melts. Put in styrofoam base to dry. Decorate and Enjoy!!
