Heat oven to 350. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 2T sugar and butter. Thoroughly press into bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce oven temp to 300. Beat cream cheese in large bowl.
Add 1 cup sugar, beat until fluffy. Add lemon and vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. Pour over crumb mixture. Bake 1 hour or until center is firm. Top with chocolate chips and nuts.
Place back in oven for a few minutes or chill and top with cherry glaze or another pie filling.
