combine and bring to boil. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 8 oz cream cheese and powdered sugar to desired stiffness. Put icing between cakes and on top. Top with cool whip
flavored with coffee. Use 3/4 teaspoon instant coffee and dissolve it with as little hot water as possible and mix with thawed cool whip.
