     Piquante Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
3 egg yolks
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Blend sour cream and soup mix; stir in egg yolks, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce starts to thicken slightly. Do not boil. Remove from heat; continue to stir as sauce thickens. Cool before serving. Use for fondue sauce.
