     Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
400F. Bake Potatoes
Mix following into potatoe mixture-
Pepper and salt
Chives
Bacon or bacon bits
Tub of French Onion Chip Dip (or small amt - 2 tbsp)
Chopped white onion
2 tbsp sour cream
 
Butter
Top with-
Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Bake potatoes at 400F. Cut in half, retaining skins, and spoon out potatoes and mash. Add butter, salt, pepper, chives, sour cream, chopped onions, and french onion dip to taste. Refill potatoe skins. Top with Parmesan Cheese. Bake for 20 minutes more at 350.
