Place oven rack on lowest position and heat oven to 200 degrees. Maintain at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then turn off oven. Mix 3-1/2 cups flour and salt and set aside. In a 4-cup measuring dish, mix together milk, water, butter, honey and yeast. Slowly add liquid to flour and knead. When dough comes together, increase speed to medium and mix until smooth and satiny, about 10 minutes. Turn dough onto floured work surface and knead to form a smooth, round ball.
