Crush Oreos in a plactic Ziploc bag with a hammer (or put in food processor); creating very fine crumbs.

Set aside 3/4 to 1 cup of the crumbs and mix the remainder with the melted butter. Press mixture into 13X9 inch pan.

Mix cream cheese and milk together thoroughly. (Kitchenaid mixer works wonders). Add 2 boxes of pudding and beat for 2 minutes until thick.

|
Spread mixture on cookie crust. Spread Cool Whip on top of pudding. Sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs over dessert and chill for at least four hours.
