     Butter Tarts

Ingredients
Pour boiling water over 1/2 cup raisins
Cream 1/4 cup butter
and 1/2 cup brown sugar
Add 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup corn syrup or brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 drops lemon juice
 
Instructions
Spoon into tart shells. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes.
