     Smoky Marinara

Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c chopped fresh basil
2 Tbsp chopped fresh or 2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
28-oz can crushed fire-roasted tomatoes, undrained
28-oz can crushed tomatoes, undrained
 

Instructions
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, basil, parsley and oregano; saute 1 minute, stirring frequently. Stir in vinegar and remaining ingredients. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.
