     Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
1 stick unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 TBS baking powder
3/4 cup milk
3 cups sliced fresh peaches
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Peel and slice peaches. Melt butter in saute pan over med-high heat until bubbles & turns golden brown. Pour butter into 8in baking dish. In med bowl, stir together sugar, flour, baking soda cinnamon & milk. Pour over melted butter do not stir. Without mixing arrange peaches evenly on top of batter. Sprinkle brown sugar over the cobbler. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until top turns golden brown. The batter will migrate from the bottom of the an to cover the peach slices partially. If using canned peaches do not use as much sugar.
