Chop celery and slice strawberries. Caramelize pecans by cooking one cup
of pecans with 1 cup sugar on low heat. Place spinach on salad plate,
then celery, strawberries and pecans. Can garnish with a couple of rings
of red onions
Dressing-
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1/3 cup vinegar
2 scallions ( or small green onions)
1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 TBS poppy seed
Finely chop onions and mix all ingredients. Pour over salad after it
is on the plate.
