     Apple Jalebi

Ingredients
Apple - 2 nos.
Refined Flour - 100 gm
Curd - 20 gm
Sugar - 100 gm
Saffron - 0.005 gm
Ghee - 300 gm
Water - 50 ml
 

Instructions
Core the apple and cut it into thin slices. Make a batter with the refined flour, curd and water. Make sugar syrup and add saffron to it.
Dip the apple in the batter and cook on a slow flame turning sides till it is crisp and golden in color.
Soak it in sugar syrup and take it out.
