Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Blend on high speed until well blended and powdery smooth.
To use this to make salad dressing, combine 1 tbs dry mix with 1 cup milk and 1 cup mayonnaise. Mix well. Otherwise use 1 tbs dry mix in any recipe calling for an envelope of ranch dressing mix.
Makes 2 cups salad dressing.
