     Creamy Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup milk
8 ounce cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon chives
1/2 teaspoon minced onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 cup cubed cooked potatoes
 

Instructions
Blend milk into cream cheese, then microwave 3-4 minutes. Stir until smooth, add chives, salt and onion. Dice 4 large cooked potatoes, add to sauce and cook in microwave 10 minutes, stirring twice. When done, sprinkle with paprika.
