     Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
6 large potatoes
1/4 cup milk (to make creamy)
1 stick butter
1 tablespoon onion or chives, chopped
1/4 sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Bake potatoes 1 hour, cut lengthwise for opening. Scrape out potato from skin, leaving skin intact. Mix sour cream, milk, butter, salt and pepper, onion, and pile into potato skins. Bake again 10 minutes.
