     Mississippi Fudge Cake

Ingredients
2 sticks butter
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
dash salt
2 teaspons vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour (unsifted)
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
FROSTING-
 
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 stick butter, melted and blended with cocoa
MIX IN-
1 pound box confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
Melt butter and add cocoa. Beat eggs and add sugar. then add salt, vanilla, flour and nuts, if using.
Blend melted butter and cocoa into mixture. Bake in 9x13 inch pan for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Be sure to test for doneness. while not, spread with a layer of miniature marshmallows. Then pour frosting over top.
