In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Mix well. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 6 months. To prepare hush puppies- In a bowl, combine 1 1/2 cup mix, corn, onion, and egg; stir just until moistened. Drop batter by teaspoonful into hot oil; fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
