In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips
and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on high for
three minutes, stir until chocolate is melted and
mixture is homogeneous. Stir in vanilla and nuts, if
using. Spread into an 8 inch square pan lined with foil.
Chill until firm. Lift fudge and foil out of pan and
turn upside down. Peel the foil off and cut fudge into
squares.
