     Microwave Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
1 package semisweet chocolate chips (12 oz.)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
1 tsp vanilla extract
chopped nuts (optional)
 

Instructions
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on high for three minutes, stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is homogeneous. Stir in vanilla and nuts, if using. Spread into an 8 inch square pan lined with foil. Chill until firm. Lift fudge and foil out of pan and turn upside down. Peel the foil off and cut fudge into squares.
IMPORTANT- Do not use white chocolate! The fudge will not set, although the white chocolate goo tastes very good.
