     Elke's Italian Noodle Salad

Ingredients
Shell noodles (bigger the better--1 box)
Broccoli
4 Large Tomatoes
Green Onions
5 Cloves Garlic
Mushrooms
1/4 cup sweet basil (or more)
1/4 cup parmesan
 
MARINADE-
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 or 3 crushed garlic cloves
Spike
Pepper
Basil
Instructions
Cook noodles for 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water. Mix noodles, broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion; and cheese.
Mix marinade ingredients together. Pour over noodles and marinate for 1 hour.
