     mexican enchilada casserole

Ingredients
1.5 hamb. meat
dozen flour tortillas(small)
1 can chili and beans
1 can kidney or ranch style beans
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. chili powder
1 small can enchilada sauce
1 pkg grated cheese
optional-can of green chili peppers
 

Instructions
Brown hamburger and drain. Mix all ingredients together except tortillas and cheese. In 9x13 pan (or smaller Corning Ware), grease pan and place tortillas on bottom. Layer with mixture, a little cheese, then another layer of tortillas and more mixture. Top with cheese.
Bake approximately 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. If frozen, bake for 1 hour
