Brown hamburger and drain. Mix all ingredients
together except tortillas and cheese. In 9x13 pan
(or smaller Corning Ware), grease pan and place
tortillas on bottom. Layer with mixture, a little
cheese, then another layer of tortillas and more
mixture. Top with cheese.
