     Fruit and Nut Quinoa

Ingredients
1/4 cup Quinoa
1 tbsp Dried milk
2 tbsp Flax Seed meal
1/4 cup chopped Pecans
1/4 cup dried Cranberries
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Cashew Butter
1 cup water
 

Instructions
Rinse and air dry Quinoa.
Reserve a few Cranberries and place remaining dried ingrediants in a pot with the water. Bring to a boil, and then simmer for 15-20 minutes, until most of the water is absorbed.
Take off heat and stir in Cashew Butter. Let sit for 5 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cranberries on top.
