     Classic Cheesecake

Ingredients
Graham cracker crumbs
3 T butter
16 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1-2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 pint sour cream
 
Instructions
Prepare graham cracker crust.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and sour cream. Add eggs one at a time until just mix. Pour over crust.
Bake at 325 for 45 minutes in a water bath.
