Spread the extra virgin olive oil evenly across the non stick cookie sheet.
Crack and egg, peel a banana, and the entire amount of cottage cheese. Mix those 3 ingredients with a blender until you get a smooth mixture.
Grind all of the dry ingredients together into a powder- Mixed nuts, rolled oats, protein powder, stevia, and baking soda. Whisk the powder from the dry ingredients with the smoothie from banana, egg, and cottage cheese.
Spread the mixture evenly into the baking sheet and let it bake in a preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
