1 butternut squash, rind removed, and thinly sliced
4 lg firm pears, diced
8 oz gorganzola
1 Tsp fresh thyme, minced
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Mesclun salad mix
Instructions
Oven 400. Place pizza crust on pan. Brush crust with olive oil. Arrange squash and pear slices on crust, brush with oil. Sprinkle with gorganzola, salt and pepper.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until pear and squash are tender. Slice and garnish with salad mixture.
Mary doesn't use the salad mixture.
