Ingredients
1½ cups dark brown sugar, packed. Now I tweaked the recipe a bit. I used 1 1/4 white sugar and adde
¾ cup vegetable oil=180 ml
4 eggs
3/5 cup sesame paste which is Tehina= 180 gr
1/2 cup white flour= 70 gr
3/4 cup whole wheat flour = 110 gr
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 big teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
 
1 big teaspoon cinn
1 teasp black pepper-ground
about 5 medium carrots grated=350 gr-a bit more is even better
optional-nuts 150 gr
1/2 cup sesame seeds=80 gr

Instructions
heat oven to 160C Beat sugar, oil and eggs
add the Tehina and beat some more
Add the two kinds of flour, baking powder and soda and spices by folding in
add the carrots and nuts. Can use a loaf pan or square pan. I used a square silicon pan. Oil the pan and spread the seame seeds(like you are feeding hens)leave some seeds for later. Add cake mixture and sprinle sesame seeds on top. Bake for 45 mins until springy and check with toothpick.
