     Sunday shrimp bake

Ingredients
12 oz. vermicelli or thin spaghetti
1 medium green pepper chopped
5 green onions chopped
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons butter
2 lbs. medium shrimp peeled, deveined & cooked
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
 
1 lb. light velvetta cheese cubed
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilli
1 can of mushrooms or fresh mushrooms sautéed
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Cook pasta a few minutes less than package directions. Drain. In a large skillet, sauté pepper, onion and garlic in butter until softened. Stir in flour until blended. Stir in shrimp, celery salt, and pepper. Cook till heated through about 5-6 minutes.
Heat velvetta, mushrooms and tomatoes in microwave until melted. Stir often. Add shrimp and toss in pasta.
Combine all ingredients into a 9 x 13 sprayed backing dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serving Suggestions
The ingredients sound a bit wired but together they are delicious. You can use chicken instead of shrimp too.
